External Services Development Projects Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively communicate and cooperate with external partners.
• Constantly review and evaluate partners, conduct negotiations and coordinate contracts signing process.
• Review quality of external services, analyze data and make proposals for alternative solutions.
• Develop internal and external services projects for further service growth and expansion.
• Communicate and cooperate with colleagues from other departments to improve maintenance processes.
• Substitute head of department during his/her absence or temporary inability to perform duties.

Our Expectations:

• College or university degree, preferably in technical engineering or maintenance.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a transport or maintenance company (familiar with maintenance processes). Knowledge of truck and trailer structure considered as advantage.
• Clear communication and negotiations skills.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• You can fluently communicate verbal/written English. Polish or Russian considered as an advantage.
