About the role
Girteka is looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant to join our team and become a trusted partner to our C-Suite executives.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the smooth organization of their day-to-day activities — from calendar and meeting coordination to executive events, business travel, and strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, and understand the bigger picture.
What you will do:
- Act as a core administrative partner to C-suite executives by proactively managing their day-to-day schedules, prioritizing competing demands, anticipating potential scheduling bottlenecks, and ensuring all timely commitments are met.
- Produce, organize, and compile critical high-level materials including presentations, complex financial/performance reports, detailed agendas, and comprehensive briefing documents to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee scheduling, and execution of executive leadership meetings, business travel itineraries, and major corporate milestones such as monthly or quarterly performance reviews.
- Attend leadership sessions to record detailed minutes, officialize key organizational decisions, systematically log agreed-upon deliverables, and coordinate all subsequent follow-up actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication channel between C-suite leaders, internal business units, and external stakeholders to streamline incoming requests and protect executive time.
- Draft, coordinate, and review internal and external corporate communications to guarantee that all distributed information is accurate, structurally clear, and aligned with organizational timelines.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an executive support or similar high-level administrative role, preferably supporting senior or C-suite leadership.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to make sound decisions independently within your scope of responsibility.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain structure, clarity, and efficiency shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, backed by high emotional intelligence, diplomatic and professional presence.
- A high level of integrity and a deep understanding of confidentiality, with a proven track record of handling sensitive business information with the discretion and care.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize information, identify key strategic priorities, and communicate them clearly and concisely.
- Fluent written and spoken command of both Lithuanian and English, with English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
