What can you expect your day to look like?
We are looking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Girteka. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating communication, and preparing key meeting materials. You will also assist in implementing and refining internal processes, ensuring smooth operations across the leadership team.
- Work directly with the CEO by taking responsibility for the administrative and coordination tasks, including management of the CEOs calendar, managing and coordinating information flow (mails, emails, calls), completing expense reports, maintaining routine paper and electronic filling, arranging business trips, business dinners and coordinating some of the CEO’s events/initiatives.
- Organize and collaborate meetings, monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
- Coordinate various meetings by managing the meeting agenda, taking notes, maintaining communication, and following up on assigned actions and results, provide support to the Leadership team to ensure that CEOs unit goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO, upper leadership, CEO Leadership team, and colleagues on different issues, projects, and tasks.
- Prepare and provide the CEO with necessary materials, such as presentations, and information before various meetings, events, conferences, workshops.
- Analyze, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of sensitive or confidential nature.
- Work hand in hand with the CEO and his leadership team to create formal and informal, internal and external communication. Provide proactive support for various tasks and projects handled by the CEO and CEO Leadership team.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role reporting to board, executive, or director level manager.
- Strong time-management skills and the great ability to organize, coordinate and perform multiple tasks at once with excellent attention to details and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and helpfulness.
- Ability to analyze information and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
- Ability to work and make decisions independently and with professional discretion.
- Great writing and verbal skills in Lithuanian and English. Other languages an advantage.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.

- Base monthly salary: from 2930€ to 3670€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
