Enterprise Systems Manager

Main Purpose of the Job

To lead and manage all HR-related IT systems—ensuring their smooth operation, continuous improvement, and integration across functions like Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, and Time Management. You’ll act as the key bridge between HR, IT, and vendors to create a secure, compliant, and user-friendly HR tech ecosystem.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Own and manage HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Bonus, Enova, 4Trans, Marvel).

  • Ensure continuous improvement, performance, and availability of HRIS platforms.

  • Maintain data integrity, system security, and audit readiness.

  • Lead and support HR system projects, including implementations and integrations.

  • Define project timelines, budgets, and resources with HR and IT.

  • Streamline and automate HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and regional users.

  • Manage a IT team, foster collaboration, and build a globally aligned service model.

What do we expect from you?

  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP SF, Workday would be a plus) 
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and data integrations
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and regions
  • A proactive, accountable mindset and a passion for HR tech innovation
  • Experience in logistics/transport industry is a strong advantage

  • Base monthly salary: from €4780 to €5970 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
