Employer Branding Partner

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communication and other departments to ensure alignment of branding efforts with business goals, maintaining consistency in messaging and tone of voice.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and event planning to boost employee engagement and advocacy, helping align internal culture with our external brand perception.
• Assist in rolling out employer branding campaigns across various platforms. This includes content creation, social media engagement, career site support, and helping to organize employer brand - related events.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to bring the employer brand strategy to life, contributing insights and efforts to strengthen our reputation and attract top talent.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to shape and refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), effectively communicating our unique culture, values, and growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on the latest employer branding trends, tools, and industry best practices. Apply new insights to continually enhance strategies and tactics.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven hands - on experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated results and continuous professional growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English to craft engaging messages, presentations, and content that clearly convey our employer brand.
• A strong track record of building employer brand awareness, executing impactful campaigns, and organizing both internal and external events that reinforce our brand identity.
• Solid understanding of branding principles, digital marketing strategies, and storytelling techniques to effectively promote our EVP (Employer Value Proposition).
• Ability to foster meaningful connections with internal teams, leadership, external vendors, and prospective talent to enhance brand reputation.
• A creative mindset with a passion for ideating and supporting innovative branding campaigns that stand out in a competitive talent market.
• Strong organizational skills to manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
