What can you expect your day to look like?
Organizational impact & leadership influence
- Partner with operational managers and functional leaders to improve driver experience, engagement, and retention.
- Influence people-related decisions and practices across the organization, without direct managerial authority.
- Act as an internal expert and advisor on driver experience topics.
Experience & retention strategy
- Lead initiatives that improve engagement and reduce early and long-term driver turnover.
- Translate workforce data and feedback into concrete improvement actions.
- Initiate recognition and well-being programs tailored to driver needs.
Cross-functional cooperation
- Work closely with HR, Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment between attraction, onboarding, managing and real driver experience.
- Foster an inclusive culture across a workforce of 20+ nationalities.
Insights & improvement
- Monitor experience-related KPIs and trends.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on data and market insights.
- Support change initiatives in a fast-changing operational environment.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, Engagement, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to work with managers and leaders, influencing decisions and behaviors.
- Experience in complex, operational, or frontline-heavy organizations is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive change in ambiguous situations.
- Data-driven and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn insights into practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Fluent English and Russian required.

- Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
