Driver Experience Manager

Girteka is Europe’s largest asset-based logistics company, operating across the continent and supporting the supply chains that businesses and communities rely on every day. Behind every delivery there are more than 15,000 professionals who take accountability for results, apply their expertise to solve complex challenges, and collaborate as one team across countries and functions.

What you will do:

  • Analyse survey, turnover, exit, and onboarding data to identify trends and root causes. Present insights and prioritised improvement recommendations with clear success measures.
  • Lead driver experience initiatives from planning to implementation and review. Manage milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Improve early driver experience through onboarding communications, arrival guidance, and first-month support, partnering with Recruitment and local bases.
  • Coordinate recognition and engagement programmes, including service milestones and instructor recognition, and evaluate participation and feedback.
  • Partner with Marketing and local teams to ensure consistent communication across channels and countries.
  • Prepare monthly updates on issues, initiative progress, and results, assessing impact and recommending further improvements.

What we expect from you:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in employee experience, engagement, HR projects, or operational HR, with a track record of delivering improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle feedback constructively, and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience leading projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering agreed outcomes.
  • Ability to analyse workforce data, generate insights, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
  • Professional English and working Russian for operational communication.
  • Willingness to visit transport bases and understand frontline operations. Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

What we offer:

  • Career opportunities: many of our managers started their careers in entry-level positions at Girteka Group. Every year, around 30% of our colleagues advance to new roles and grow their careers within the company.
  • Learning and development: we continuously invest in our people through a wide range of internal and external training programs, seminars, mentoring opportunities, leadership development initiatives, and language courses.
  • Health and well-being: we care about our colleagues’ well-being and provide comprehensive health insurance. We also support an active lifestyle through our community of gym-goers and athletes. In addition, we offer 50% compensation for on-site meals, along with free fruit and snacks available in our office kitchens and lounges.
  • Collaborative culture: we believe that strong teamwork and meaningful connections lead to exceptional results. Working in international teams, we collaborate toward shared goals, exchange experiences, and celebrate achievements together.
  • Rewards and recognition: we value and recognize our people through work anniversary rewards, recognition for values-based behavior, and additional benefits. These include a day off on your birthday, holiday gifts, team-building events, employee initiatives, like-minded clubs, and access to exclusive partner discounts.
  • Base monthly salary: from 2930 to 3670 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
