What can you expect your day to look like?
- Process and review client invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements review and managining debt reports.
- Monitor client payments daily track incoming funds, sending reminders about current and upcoming debt and update internal systems to reflect payment status.
- Identify and investigate payment discrepancies or delays, coordinating with internal departments and clients to resolve issues promptly.
- Administer and maintain records of all client-related financial documents, including invoices, credit notes, claims and settlements.
- Collaborate with the other departments to ensure timely billing and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to invoicing, payments, and claims for internal use and management review.
- Respond to client inquiries related to invoices, claims, and settlements in a professional and timely manner.

- Proficiency in using MS Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of English.

- Base monthly salary: from €1770 to €2210 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
