Deputy Chief Accountant

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of complete and accurate financial statements in accordance with local accounting requirements, as well as Group Accounting Policy.
  • Coordination statutory auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
  • Preparation of VAT, CIT, and fiscal returns & supports preparing all required financial declarations/reports as requested by public and financial institutions.
  • Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Participating in various IT and other projects focused on digitalization of accounting processes.
  • Other financial management duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Our expectations:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Deputy Chief Accountant.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Knowledge of legislation of the Republic of Lithuania in the field of accounting and taxation.
  • Good accounting software skills (SAP, Axapta).
  • Hands-on experience with data and business management systems.
  • High sense of responsibility, capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively.
  • Good English language skills.

The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
