Delivery Lead

Main Purpose of the Job

Girteka Group, the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company, is partnering with SAP to implement a complete end-to-end SAP ERP solution. Here at Girteka, we seek excellence in everything we do, so to ensure smooth SAP implementation process.

We are at the realization phase and looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Lead, who would drive and manage cross-functional team(s) to ensure that everything required to deliver Project on-time and in quality is in place. We have already established teams, working with experienced implementation partner. Position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum teams in their day to day activities 

• Coach teams on best Agile delivery practices 

• Align delivery dependencies between different delivery teams 

• Ensure on time/scope/cost delivery 

• Interact with different stakeholders and contribute to continuously improve way of working. 

Our expectations

• 3+ years of experience managing IT delivery teams 

• Proven experience working with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) 

• Experience working in SAP Implementation project environment is an advantage 

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written 

• Motivated and driven person with delivery focus, that appreciates a high tempo and an inclusive team environment 

• Solution and result oriented 

• High degree of self-management 

• Can do attitude and a team player 

• Enthusiastic to learn new things

• Salary Range: 3980 Eur Gross - 4970 Eur Gross, Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements
