Data Controller

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Analyzes the information provided for fuel surcharge recalculations, identifies and communicates discrepancies, and provides recommendations. Enters and periodically updates fuel surcharge tables agreed upon with clients; 
  • Verify alignment between KKS import files and DEAL CRM / SALESFORCE / AXAPTA requests/tenders;
  • Resolve inconsistencies and rectify errors with the Sales, Trade Marketing Departments;
  • Provides guidance and support to colleagues in the Sales and Marketing and Customer Care departments on matters related to the operation of the KKS system
  • Format KKS import files for SAP compatibility;
  • Upload and edit KKS files in SAP, including organizing lines and setting cargo types;
  • Modify contractual agreements in SAP based on departmental approval;
  • Handle JIRA requests efficiently. 
 

What do we expect from you?

  • Advanced education, preferably in higher education.
  • Proficiency in logical and analytical thinking.
  • Capacity to absorb, analyze, and systematize large volumes of information.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback.
  • Experience in working with large-scale data analysis and calculations is a plus.
