Customer Credit Risk Specialist

What you will do:
- Perform credit risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit limits and terms.
- Monitor credit exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other risk management units to ensure effective credit risk governance aligned with the overall risk framework.
- Prepare and maintain credit risk reports and key performance indicators to track exposure and performance.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of credit risk training programs for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting and implementing credit risk policies and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with credit bureaus and external partners to stay updated on industry best practices and market developments.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience in credit risk assessment or financial risk management.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and risk analysis tools would be considered an advantage.

- Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
