What can you expect your day to look like?

  • ​​​​Perform credit risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit limits and terms. 
  • Monitor credit exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risk. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other risk management units to ensure effective credit risk governance aligned with the overall risk framework. 
  • Prepare and maintain credit risk reports and key performance indicators to track exposure and performance. 
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of credit risk training programs for internal stakeholders. 
  • Assist in drafting and implementing credit risk policies and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with credit bureaus and external partners to stay updated on industry best practices and market developments. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in credit risk assessment or financial risk management. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and risk analysis tools. 
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
  • Very good English language skills.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2210 to €2760 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
