Customer Care Team Lead

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Organize and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Care team, ensuring smooth workflows and achievement of performance goals.
  • Coordinate shipments movements to and from the UK, ensuring compliance with all customs procedures and transport regulations.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers, border authorities, and other relevant partners to ensure seamless cargo flow and timely issue resolution.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver on key KPIs - including efficiency, service quality, NPS.
  • Oversee payment control processes and proactively prevent debt accumulation.
  • Support team members with day-to-day challenges, providing guidance and timely intervention when needed.
  • Drive collaboration within the team and across departments, building strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead by example - promoting company values, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.

What do we expect from you?

  • 2 years of proven leadership experience in the transport or logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and customs procedures, including understanding of organizational processes, standards, and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and accountable, with a clear focus on achieving team results.
  • Strong organizational and time - management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset - open to change and innovation.
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire team members.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
