We are a team of Customer Service Operations Experts who believe and lead by example that quality customer service and expertise can be combined with positive profitability. We work hard to achieve this, we are not afraid to stumble and we want to expand our ranks in parallel. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Operations Expert, who, with his expertise, will help to ensure efficient and high-quality direct communication with customers on daily operations, and continuous improvement in order supervision, planning, and analytics.  

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand and know the contractual terms of existing clients.
  • Analyze how existing clients' contractual terms impact the company's profit margin.
  • Organize and provide proposals to transportation service sales representatives.
  • Organize and provide proposals for the creation and optimization of customer service operations.
  • Ensure the quality of customer orders according to profitability-focused compliance parameters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order administration and revenue recognition.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding service operations.
  • Ensure constant communication with transportation operations representatives.
  • Consult with transportation representatives on executing high-quality customer orders.

Our expectations

  • Higher education, preferably in transportation, logistics, or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or forwarding.
  • Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to use Google Maps and other transportation planning tools.
  • Critical and analytical thinking, ability to process operational data and provide insights for efficiency improvements.
  • Responsibility and organization, strong negotiation and collaboration skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to create and optimize geographical routes, with a deep understanding of transportation cost components and optimization opportunities.

  • Improving geographical routes: You will guide the transportation team on optimizing routes.
  • Order Coordination: Plan and coordinate orders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Analytics: Analyze data and provide insights to improve company performance.

Base monthly salary: from €2650 to €3320 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
