Your Responsibilities
- Understand and manage existing customer contractual terms, ensuring their compliance and efficiency.
- Administer orders accurately and on time, guaranteeing proper revenue.
- Ensure that all customer orders meet appropriate transit, driver work and rest regime and profitability standards.
- Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled according to established quality and profitability standards.
- Ensure close communication with the transport team and prompt response to challenges arising during the cargo transportation stage.
- Maintain constant, high-quality communication with customers, resolving service operations and providing periodic information on the status of trucks.
- Take the initiative to organize and propose solutions to the direct manager to optimize the performance of the coordinated client.
Our expectations
- Higher education, preferably in transportation, logistics, or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or forwarding.
- Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to use Google Maps, Map&Guide, Fleethand and other transportation planning tools.
- Critical and analytical thinking, ability to process operational data and provide insights for efficiency improvements.
- Responsibility and organization, strong negotiation and collaboration skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to create and optimize geographical routes, with a deep understanding of transportation cost components and optimization opportunities.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
