Customer Care Operations Coordinator

We are a team of Customer Service Operations focused on customer service and improving performance in the dedicated transport sector. We work responsibly on this to achieve the best result. To strengthen our team, we are looking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join us, who will help ensure efficient and high-quality service provision and continuous improvement of activities in communication with existing customers, accepting orders and providing operational information at the stage of cargo transportation, in order monitoring, in the correct administration and analysis of performance indicators.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage existing customer contractual terms, ensuring their compliance and efficiency. 
  • Administer orders accurately and on time, guaranteeing proper revenue. 
  • Ensure that all customer orders meet appropriate transit, driver work and rest regime and profitability standards. 
  • Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled according to established quality and profitability standards. 
  • Ensure close communication with the transport team and prompt response to challenges arising during the cargo transportation stage. 
  • Maintain constant, high-quality communication with customers, resolving service operations and providing periodic information on the status of trucks. 
  • Take the initiative to organize and propose solutions to the direct manager in order to optimize the performance of the coordinated client. 

Our expectations

  • Higher education, preferably in transportation, logistics, or business. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or forwarding. 
  • Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage. 
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to use Google Maps, Map&Guide, Fleethand and other transportation planning tools. 
  • Critical and analytical thinking, ability to process operational data and provide insights for efficiency improvements. 
  • Responsibility and organization, strong negotiation and collaboration skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork abilities. 
  • Ability to create and optimize geographical routes, with a deep understanding of transportation cost components and optimization opportunities.

Base monthly salary: from 2650€ to 3320€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
