The purpose of this role is to ensure high-quality customer service through employee onboarding, upskilling, and process improvement. It involves analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and implementing action plans to enhance results. The role also ensures the knowledge base is up to date and insights and recommendations are effectively shared with the team.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Onboard and upskill employees to ensure high performance.
- Conduct quality checks and support specialists in issue resolution.
- Review and implement quality standards and process improvements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Analyse KPIs, identify gaps, and develop action plans.
- Deliver trainings and presentations to share insights and drive results.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in logistics, preferably in customer care.
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the company’s end-to-end processes (Order to Cash).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages.

- Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
