Communication Partner (Corporate)

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Plan, develop, and deliver external communication campaigns and projects. 
  • Prepare press releases, articles, Q&A documents, and official statements. 
  • Monitor media presence and ensure timely responses to inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across audiences. 
  • Take ownership of engaging content for social media, websites, and media outlets. 
  • Support internal communication for strategic projects (e.g. road safety, sustainability). 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication activities and propose improvements. 

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience in external communication, PR, or media relations. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Lithuanian. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem - solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets. 
  • Experience working with agencies and third parties. 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMS tools, and social media (especially LinkedIn). 
  • Background in an international, matrix - structured company is a strong advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3900 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
