Client Digital Solutions Team Lead

About the role

To lead and manage client-facing integration solutions - including EDI, APIs, file transfer solutions (SFTP, AS2, FTPS), partner onboarding and connectivity, and data mapping and transformation services- ensuring their stability, security, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as the key link between clients, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, secure, and user-centric digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead and develop a team of digital solution specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Own and manage the portfolio of client digital solutions.
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of digital products and services.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of client-facing systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimization.
  • Manage digital transformation projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in cooperation with business and IT teams.
  • Coordinate system releases, testing activities, change management, and technical maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor solution performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards across all digital solutions.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in system analyst/techical role.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Understanding of system integrations, EDI, RTV, APIs, cloud-based solutions, and digital ecosystems would be considered a powerful bonus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, customer - focused mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Base monthly salary

4210 - 5260 EUR GROSS, The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.

Hybrid Role: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.
