Main Purpose of the Job

As our Enterprise Architect, you will define and continuously steer the enterprise-wide architecture — spanning business, data, processes, applications, and technology. Your mission: to ensure every major digital initiative strengthens a single, scalable, and compliant operating model, avoiding fragmentation and technical debt.

You’ll champion modern integration patterns that drive scalability, reusability, and data integrity across transactional execution. Through strong governance and strategic oversight, you’ll guide enterprise capabilities and technology investments to build lasting competitive advantage.

Working with the enterprise architecture team, you’ll ensure robust architectural governance across Business Capabilities, Reusable APIs, Application Lifecycle, and the overall technology landscape

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Own and evolve the Enterprise IT & Technology Strategy, setting the vision, target state, and architecture direction to ensure cross-functional alignment, security, and integration.
  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible, executable architecture roadmaps, driving alignment between business and IT.
  • Chair and govern Enterprise Architecture Decision Forums, ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise guardrails, reuse existing capabilities, and expose only intentional differentiators.
  • Drive cross-domain alignment between business units and IT teams to eliminate duplication and fragmentation.
  • Define, enforce, and evolve architecture principles, policies, and standards that guide technology decisions.
  • Mentor and develop solution architects, strengthening the architecture community and elevating capability maturity, documentation discipline, and architecture metrics.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives (CTrO, CEO, COO, CCO, CFO, Risk, other C-level), connecting technology evolution with business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Own and communicate the Enterprise Target State Architecture, from both business capabilities and systems perspectives.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and capability-driven planning.
  • Expertise in modern integration patterns, API management, data architecture, and scalable platform design.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams behind a unified vision.
  • Demonstrated success in turning strategy into executable, value-driven roadmaps.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, architectural discipline, and innovation across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset, connecting technology decisions to business outcomes.

  • Base monthly salary: from €8040 to €11570 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position. An additional performance - based bonus will be revealed to the final candidates.
