Main Purpose of the Job

We’re looking for a Change Manager to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across our teams. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management Initiatives – Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop Change Strategies & Plans – Create communication, resistance management, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Align Change Management with Project Goals – Ensure all change efforts support overall project objectives and business needs.
  • Assess Organizational Impact – Identify how changes affect different teams and develop tailored action and risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive Communication & Engagement – Design and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed and involved.
  • Act as a Change Advocate – Support senior leaders and managers in driving change and building company-wide buy-in.
  • Coach & Support Teams – Provide guidance to project teams, managers, and employees to help them navigate change successfully.
  • Measure & Report Progress – Set change management goals, track progress, and adjust strategies based on key insights.

Our expectations

  • Expertise in Change Management – Strong knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and clearly articulate messages.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Project Management Knowledge – Familiarity with project management approaches and lifecycle phases.
  • Certifications – Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certification required; PMP or Prince2 is a plus.
  • Fluent English – Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
