Be the first point of contact for our Drivers who would reach out with simple questions about data, document and online training management in a new HR system. Proactive communication with colleagues is one of the components of this role, resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure that our large Girteka’s team runs smoothly and efficiently and that the Driver experience is seamless and uncomplicated.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will ensure remote support to our Drivers via phone and email 
  • You will learn about Human Resources and Training processes and systems 
  • You will solve problems and fix basic technical issues 
  • You will collect feedback and share your ideas for system improvement 
  • You will work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure the best experience for our Drivers

Base monthly salary: The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position. Remuneration and variable extras offered will be based on experience, competence and compliance with the other requirements for the position.
