CIO Area Coordinator

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive support for various tasks and projects handled by the CIO (Chief Information Officer) Area Leadership team
  • Administrative tasks, like completing expense reports for the CIO, dealing with invoices, making arrangements for business trips, leadership meetings, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for the CIO area colleagues and partners
  • Coordination of all relevant information gathering and updates (Employee lists, structure updates, people data audit, etc.)
  • Gathering and analyzing data to produce needed HR metrics (e.g. Employee turnover rates)
  • Contributing to HR initiatives, projects and employee lifecycle processes
  • Driving culture based on organizational values in the areas of responsibility

  • Experience in administration or another People & Culture team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of People processes
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Analytical thinking with an ability to systematize and process large amounts of information, including excellent excel skills
  • Eager to implement his/her ideas based on future People and Culture trends and the best practices
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian

The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
