Business Process Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of processes to assess performance & identify pain points to improve and standardize processes.
  • Define improvement actions and create roadmap, propose priority level of changes and align with overall end to end roadmap lead by Global Process Owner.
  • Do risk assessment & dependency analysis.
  • Lead process alignment governance with impacted operational & support functions.
  • Act as trusted expert in projects for implementation of new technology.
  • Manage small to medium scale process improvement projects.
  • Support to design and implement the right KPI’s and understand the data that needs to be collected.
  • Monitor and review process performance (quality, effectiveness & efficiency).

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Project and Business Process Management experience.
  • Experience in sales, marketing/sales processes 3+ years.
  • Strong understanding of Process Improvement methodologies (BPMN 2.0, e-TOM, ITIL, APQC, Lean, Agile) with proven 2+ years hands on experience in driving process improvement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to turn data into information/solutions.
  • C2 level of English language skills.
  • An advantage if he/she have worked with Salesforce, ads, feeds.

  • Base monthly salary: from €3290 to €4110 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
