Business Process Manager for Lead to Order Area

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clear and up to date documentation of processes under own area exists, reflecting AS IS status of operational execution for all functions involved (following BPM standards & policies).
  • Define standards & enforce these / drive adoption, alignment with business operational teams on how processes should be operated accordingly.
  • Ensure process alignment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of processes (kaizen workshop / VSM exercise) to assess it’s performance and identify pain points (gaps, inefficiencies, waste) that can be addressed in order to improve and standardize (RCA, PDCA).  
  • Define improvement actions and create roadmap for it, propose priority level of changes and align with overall end to end roadmap lead by GPO (pareto of improvements).
  • Act as single-entry point for validation of change related to owned process (collect needs and pain points).
  • Lead process alignment governance on own area with impacted operational & support functions.
  • Act as trusted expert in projects for implementation of new technology impacting owned process area.
  • Assess level of effectiveness and efficiency of processes, ensure that improvements to improve these are identified, prioritized and implemented.
  • Manage small to medium scale process improvement projects.
  • Asist business in managing customer escalations if these impact processes and the way these are managed (align process changes to NPS, CSAT, or other customer related surveys / feedback that can provide a different insight on improvement opportunities).
  • Support to design and implement the right process KPI’s and understand the data that needs to be collected (Data Collection Plan in place).
  • Monitor and review process performance (quality, effectiveness & efficiency) – data control.
  • Assist business with understanding and analysis of performance to help identify patterns, trends and opportunities in data sets, pointing to potential improvements.
  • Use data to align / prioritize process changes and support decision making process.

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 7 year of Project and Business Process Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Process Improvement methodologies with proven 3+ years hands on experience in driving process improvement projects for complex organizations (preferably in a matrix environment).
  • Strong understanding of BPM industry best practices in processes and technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Hold presentations, facilitate meetings and trainings, and create reports.
  • Ability to deliver and prioritize under strict timelines.
  • Advanced project management or BPM lifecycle skills.
  • Advanced analytical thinking, turn data into information/solutions.
  • English C2.
  • Lean Expert, Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
  • Project management and BPM certification will be a value add.
  • Experience in other process modeling, continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Base monthly salary: from €4110 to €5140 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
