ClassTrucks is a part of Girteka Logistics group responsible for buying new and selling used trucks and semi - trailers from Girteka Logistics fleet to different regions in the world. The Business Process Group Manager in Class Truck is responsible for leading and improving procurement processes across multiple countries, ensuring operational efficiency, process consistency, and alignment with strategic goals through continuous analysis and process optimization.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Lead Class Truck procurement process improvement projects together with procurement teams and managers.
- Run process diagnostics, analyze data, find root causes of issues, and provide clear improvement recommendations.
- Create AS-IS and TO-BE process models and coordinate process changes across teams.
- Prepare improvement plans, set priorities, and assess risks and dependencies.
- Monitor process KPIs and drive actions to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
- Train managers and specialists on process documentation, problem-solving, standard work, and change management.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven expertise in Procurement and Business Process Management.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methods, strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead discussions, give presentations, and prepare documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Team leadership experience — a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages.
- Ability to work flexibly in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP and able to demonstrate understanding of Lean thinking and application of different process improvement concepts and methods, such as Value stream analysis, PDCA, workload levelling, Kaizen, FMEA and/or others.

- Base monthly salary: from €4310 to 5170 € (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
