Business Development Team Lead

What we expect from you:

• Create and implement the business development strategy for the dedicated areas together with your team.
• Identifies and develops Girteka Logistics unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Plan the short-terms and long-term goals for your team and help them to achieve those.
• Lead, coach and support the team of Business Development Managers.
• Ensures Business Development team professionally represent Girteka Logistics.

What you will do:

• Extensive experience of international B2B sales and/or business development (FMCG, retail or similar industries).
• Proven track record in team management and team development/ mentoring.
• Excellent sales, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both oral and written).

• Base monthly salary: from €3630 to €4540 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
