Business Development Project Manager

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Identify & Attract Strategic Clients: Proactively search for new potential clients in assigned regions or sectors using methods such as cold calls, exhibitions, and networking. 
  • Analyze Needs to Tailor Solutions: Conduct market and client needs analysis to create personalized and high-impact service proposals. 
  • Build Trust-Based Relationships: Develop long-term, trustful relationships with clients while negotiating pricing and service conditions to ensure mutual success. 
  • Ensure Smooth Client Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes, assign internal teams, and prepare SOPs to guarantee a seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction. 
  • Set Up & Optimize Client Accounts: Ensure contract terms, pricing, and service conditions are properly set up to maximize efficiency and execution. 
  • Track Progress with CRM & Reports: Leverage our CRM system to track activity, manage performance, and support data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and forecasts. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations) to ensure tailored solutions and consistent communication with clients. 
  • Drive Innovation in Sales Strategy: Lead project-based sales initiatives, develop new solutions for potential clients, and support long-term pricing strategies. 
  • Represent Girteka with Integrity: Promote our values and ethical standards in all interactions. Represent the company at events and strengthen our position in the market. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Education & Language Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Master's is a plus), Fluent English (C1 level); other languages are an asset.
  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in international business development or B2B sales, Strong commercial and active selling skills, Experience with key account onboarding and negotiation.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to analyze complex information and propose strategic solutions, Confidence in negotiating with large-scale clients.
  • Personal Competencies: Self-starter with high motivation and goal-orientation, Strong organizational and time management skills, High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness, Eagerness for continuous professional growth.
  • Tools & Tech: Proficient in CRM and business systems and comfortable with digital collaboration and reporting tools.

  • Base monthly salary: From 3450 EUR to 4310 EUR (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
