Business Development Project Manager (Scandinavian Market)

What can you expect your day to look like?
- Proactively search for new potential clients in the Scandinavian market using methods such as cold calls, exhibitions, and networking.
- Conduct market and client needs analysis to create personalized and high-impact service proposals.
- Develop long-term, trustful relationships with clients while negotiating pricing and service conditions to ensure mutual success.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, assign internal teams, and prepare SOPs to guarantee a seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction.
- Ensure contract terms, pricing, and service conditions are properly set up to maximize efficiency and execution.
- Leverage our CRM system to track activity, manage performance, and support data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations) to ensure tailored solutions and consistent communication with clients.
- Lead project-based sales initiatives, develop new solutions for potential clients, and support long-term pricing strategies.
- Promote our values and ethical standards in all interactions. Represent the company at events and strengthen our position in the market.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in international business development or B2B sales. Strong commercial and active selling skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and propose strategic solutions.
- Confidence in negotiating with large-scale clients.
- Self-starter with high motivation and goal-orientation. Strong organizational and time management skills. High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficient in CRM and business systems and comfortable with digital collaboration and reporting tools.

- Base monthly salary: from €3450 to 4310€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
