Main Purpose of the Job

As a Business Development Manager, your role is focused on identifying and creating new business opportunities for the organization. You are responsible for driving growth, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue. Your Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute dynamic strategies to propel growth, uncover new business opportunities, and surpass sales objectives.
  • Dive deep into research, leveraging online tools, networking events, industry connections, and market insights to uncover promising prospects.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, nurturing a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, engaging calls, compelling emails, and impactful conference appearances.
  • Foster enduring partnerships with clients, nurturing relationships that stand the test of time.
  • Take charge of negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements that drive business forward.
  • Team up with internal departments like transportation and quality assurance to ensure our business development strategies are in sync with the broader organizational vision.

Our expectations

  • Experience in international B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
  • Ability to present yourself, also open and enjoying interaction with people.
  • You know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success.
  • Excellent command of English (C1).
  • Valid driver‘s license (advantageous).
