What can you expect your day to look like?
- Create and execute dynamic strategies to propel growth, uncover new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- Dive deep into research, leveraging online tools, networking events, industry connections, and market insights to uncover promising prospects.
- Lead generation efforts by actively building and managing a strong pipeline of potential clients through direct outreach, engaging phone calls, persuasive emails, and impactful participation in conferences.
- Executing market and client needs analysis to make a tailored approach for a customer.
- Foster enduring partnerships with clients, nurturing relationships that stand the test of time.
- Take charge of negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements that drive business forward.
- Team up with internal departments like transportation and quality assurance to ensure our business development strategies are in sync with the broader organizational vision.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in international B2B sales and/or business development.
- Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
- Ability to present yourself, also open and enjoying interaction with people.
- You know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success.
- Excellent command of English (C1).
- Valid driver‘s license (advantageous).

- Base monthly salary: from €3450 to €4310 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
