Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities in the heavy vehicle and trailer market.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships – from the first meeting to long-term collaboration.
  • Understand client needs deeply and propose best solutions.
  • Ensure profitability through smart sales strategies and top level customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth cooperation and client satisfaction.

Our expectations:

  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management. (Experience in the automotive/heavy vehicle industry is a strong plus.)
  • Goal-oriented mindset and strength in challenges.
  • Fluent English – other language skills are a plus.
  • Possibility to travel for client visits and business opportunities.
  • A self-starter attitude, eager to take ownership and make an impact.
  • This is an on-site position based in Vilnius – we believe in close teamwork and collaboration.

  • We offer a fixed salary 3000 - 3500 (before tax),  depending on experience and strengths. But the real opportunities are in our strong performance-based bonus system , where  results directly influence bonus earnings.
