Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target transport companies and drive revenue growth.
- Drive lead generation efforts, nurturing a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, engaging calls, compelling emails, and networking events.
- Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients in the transportation industry.
- Prepare and lead negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements.
- Build long term partnerships with potential customers, acquire deep understanding of the customers needs and present the appropriate business solution.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Track performance of main KPIs and take necessary improvement actions.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 year of experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
- Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
- Ability to open and enjoying interaction with people.
- You know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success.
- Good command of English (must), other languages (advantage).

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
