Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target transport companies and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, nurturing a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, engaging calls, compelling emails, and networking events.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients in the transportation industry.
  • Prepare and lead negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements.
  • Build long term partnerships with potential customers, acquire deep understanding of the customers needs and present the appropriate business solution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance of main KPIs and take necessary improvement actions.

Our expectations:

  • At least 2 year of experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
  • Ability to open and enjoying interaction with people.
  • You know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success.
  • Good command of English (must), other languages (advantage).
