Business Compliance Expert

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of TAPA TSR 1 standard requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to transport security.
• Prepare the organization for internal and external audits (including on related standards) and ensure timely follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms related to assigned compliance areas.
• Cooperate closely with Operations, Sales, Security, Quality, Sustainability, Legal, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory and standard updates, analyse changes, and initiate necessary internal adjustments.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to ensure consistent understanding of compliance obligations across the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Product Safety, Compliance, Logistics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, quality management systems, security standards, or a related area.
• Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on implementing QMS according to ISO 9001 standard.
• Strong understanding of management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001) and/or security standards (TAPA) would be considered an advantage.
• Experience with audits, internal controls, CAPA processes, or certification schemes is highly valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ownership-driven approach with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Readiness to take leadership of assigned compliance areas and drive continuous improvement.

Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
