What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Take the lead in driver data analysis, including the calculation of payroll bonuses. 
  • Analyze and contribute to the enhancement of the Company's payroll and benefits systems. 
  • Deliver comprehensive cost reports and conduct analysis on cost variances. 
  • Participate in projects aimed at identifying and implementing cost-saving measures. 
  • Actively participate in the budgeting process to ensure financial goals alignment. 
  • Maintain active communication with accounting and responsible individuals to ensure accurate cost control. 
  • Engage in various cross-departmental projects to support financial objectives. 
  • Tackle diverse, challenging ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience working with financial reporting and analytical tasks (at least 2 years).
  • Experience in payroll and tax analysis is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the accounting processes.
  • Strong academic background, with a higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Economics.  
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.  
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English and good Lithuania knowledge. Polish language is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from 2930€ to 3670€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
