Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly managerial reports, insights on financial results
- Analysis and control of operational costs while providing insights on cost reduction opportunities
- Supervision of the monthly reporting process to ensure timely completion and data quality
- Automation of periodic reports and creation of new templates to enhance workflow efficiency and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Assistance in the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Communication with accounting and stakeholders to align managerial and financial accounting
- Collaboration with other departments to drive initiatives for process improvement and data quality enhancement
- Performance of one-off case analyses, creation of ad-hoc reports, and support for other team members.
Our expectations
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a similar field.
- Ability to communicate analysis conclusions to top-level management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, and fast learning skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (including Power Query, VBA, and Macros).
- Strong knowledge of the P&L statement and understanding of accounting processes.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
- Experience with SAP ERP is an advantage

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
