Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing Girteka companies’ operational analysis (by routine (daily/weekly/monthly) or adhoc reports/insights).
  • Monthly P&L preparation, insights, recommendations to management and colleagues.
  • Daily insights, support colleagues from other departments for any insights, steps for further efficiency level.
  • Support to sales, transport, other teams on clear data recommendations and insights.
  • Colleagues education / Material for increasing understanding of main operational KPIs, results.
  • Projects and one-off case analysis/ad-hoc reports where needed.
  • Participate in group annualize budgeting cycle.
  • Involvement in Group strategic projects and other Ad hoc financial tasks.

Our expectations

  • Have a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business administration, Mathematics or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience as operational, business analysis, or similar.
  • Experience in logistics business is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L, CF statements.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Able to communicate analysis conclusions to top-level management.
  • Responsible, diligent, strong critical and analytical thinking.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills are desired.
  • Experience with SAP BI, Qlickview is a strong plus.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
