Business Analyst to join Thermo - Transit group

We're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Thermo - Transit group (part of Girteka Group). In this role, you'll be involved in a wide range of business and systems-related projects, analyzing data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Your ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions and driving impact across the organization.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
• Analyze performance in all our Scandinavia companies, trends, insights, recommendations.
• Potential investments, business cases evaluation with calculations, insights, and recommendations to executive team.
• Develop Excel models, make templates for analysis and build processes to help shareholders make required decisions.
• Work with international teams and be able to manage shareholders.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven working experience with financial reporting and analytical tasks (at least 2 years).
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
• Analytical thinking, ability to communicate and report to top-level management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, and fast learning skills.
• Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
• Excellent command of English.
• Advanced with MS Excel, experience working with QlikView, SAP, Power BI programs would be an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.

• Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
