Business Analyst - SAP Transformation

One of the biggest companies in Lithuania and one of the biggest freight carriers in Europe - Girteka has started a huge programme which will implement a number of various most technologically advanced SAP tools within the company. As part of this initiative, we are looking a hands-on Business Analyst  to play a key role in the implementation process, working closely with both SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). What can you expect your day to look like?

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to understand day-to-day operations, systems, and processes.
• Ensure accurate and consistent financial data in SAP ERP, aligned with business structures and reporting needs.
• Test how SAP is set up, ensure data flows correctly, and help keep the system stable after go-live.
• Oversee data migration and reconcile SAP with QlikView to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare documentation to support the future transition from ERP to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Support QlikView users during migration and help resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Proactively flag any risks to data integrity, project timelines, or business continuity.

What do we expect from you?

• 2+ years’ of experience in analytical role. Track record of successful BI system analysis and design.
• Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized.
• Good Lithuanian and fluency in English language - verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
• Advanced Excel skills. Understand methods, techniques and best practices used in business intelligence.
• Previous SAP BI experience (BODS, BW, business object, etc.) or SAP Analytics Cloud &/SAP Data Warehouse Cloud experience is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodology is a plus.

• Base monthly salary: from 2760€ to 3450€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
