Bank Accounting Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Bank Accounting team , including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily banking operations, including transaction processing reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions to ensure efficient banking services.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow management and ensure timely execution of payments Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow.
• Support the Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams with banking-related tasks.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in banking operations.
• Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Participate in various IT and other projects focused on digitalization of accounting processes.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience managing accounting team.
• Experience working in group of companies.
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Good accounting software skills.
• Hands-on experience with data and business management systems.
• High sense of responsibility, capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively.
• Very good English language skills (at least C1 level) (other languages are preferred).

• Base monthly salary: from 2650€ to 3980€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
