Area Development Manager

TNDM Trucking is an independent member of the Girteka Group, providing dedicated carrier services. We are currently looking for an Area Development Manager.


Your Responsibilities

  • Actively search for new prospective business customers via cold-calling and create strong, collaborative partnerships with existing customers.
  • Present company services to potential partners, prepare and negotiate the details of commercial offers
  • Design tailor made proposals and initiate new projects with exciting customers
  • Analyze market tendencies and customer needs to identify opportunities for future business development
  • Work collaboratively with Operational staff to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction

Our expectations

  • Being open and loving interacting with people, able to express yourself, being attentive to customers needs
  • 2 years of proven experience in business development, customer success, or account management field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Having skills to work independently, make good decisions fast, and take on the responsibility
  • Being fluent in English (both oral and written) - other languages are a plus
