Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for Application System Administrator who can become the internal operational owner of one of our application platform. The person must be technically credible, but must also understand end-user needs, improve how the platform is operated, design secure access, identify automation opportunities, and communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and developers.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage application and environment administration (users, roles, permissions, profiles, setup tables).
- Master data and control support in coordination with business owners.
- Release coordination, defect triage, and follow-up of incidents and vendor tickets.
- Monitor system health, recurring issues, and support backlog.
- Prepare documentation, admin procedures, and key support work instructions.
- Support testing cycles, user onboarding, and go-live hypercare.
- Maintain disciplined change logging and escalation paths.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP/TMS platforms.
- 3+ years in application administration, ERP/TMS support, or systems administration.
- Basic SQL / reporting understanding and data quality control.
- Experience with access rights, environment setup, release coordination, and ticket handling.
- Good understanding of business processes and operational system support.
- Structured way of working, ownership mindset, and good communication in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in cutover, go-live support, or hypercare environments.
- Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain operations is considered as an advantage.

Base monthly salary
From 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
