What can you expect your day to look like?

• Checking documents and compliance with the group's approval and control procedures.
• Intercompany processing and confirmations: Reconcile balances with counterparties across the group to ensure zero discrepancy before the Soft Close deadline to ensure 'zero discrepancy' at the Group level / before the Lithuanian group consolidation.
• Month‑end close tasks and reconciliations: support the month-end close process.
• Ensuring accuracy across multiple ERPs.
• To substitute colleagues when is needed.

Accounts Payable:

• Pre-registration and distribution of supplier documents for approval.
• Process and code supplier invoices with high accuracy, ensuring correct VAT treatment for DK/NO jurisdictions.
• Maintain vendor relations and perform monthly statement reconciliations to prevent double payments or missed credits.
• Ensure correct allocation of fleet costs to specific trucks/routes to support accurate margin analysis.

Accounts Receivable:

• Execute timely billing and ensure revenue recognition.
• Apply incoming payments and resolve unallocated cash entries daily.
• Monitor aging reports and lead collection processes for Nordic customers.

• Base monthly salary: from €1930 to €2420 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
