Accountant Team Lead

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage operations for accounts payable with precision.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise team members to success.
• Solve complex payment and vendor issues.
• Drive process improvements and support new projects.
• Foster relationships across departments.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualifications) in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
• +2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance in a similar position.
• Strategic, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, advantage SAP knowledge.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Base monthly salary: from 2760€ to 3450€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
