What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Grow & Manage Accounts: Handle a portfolio of Small & Medium customers, generating €4–8M in annual revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

  • Be the Client Partner: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Care, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Negotiate Smartly: Lead contract and pricing negotiations, aligning terms with market trends and ensuring accurate CRM data management.

  • Stay Market-Savvy: Monitor industry trends and cargo flow patterns to proactively address seasonal impacts and shipment needs.

  • Represent with Excellence: Uphold and promote Girteka’s brand and reputation through professional conduct and customer-first mindset.

What do we expect from you?

  • Account Management Expertise: Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the logistics sector.

  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills in negotiating deals and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Solid understanding of commercial fundamentals and a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Lithuanian (B2 level); additional languages are a strong asset.

  • Digital Fluency: Confident working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools.

  • Driven & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and professionalism.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics, or Economics.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2210 to €2760 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
