Your Responsibilities

Grow & Manage Accounts: Handle a portfolio of Small & Medium customers, generating €4-8M in revenue annually.
Expand Business Opportunities: Identify sales growth potential through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
Strengthen Customer Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate & Optimize Contracts: Secure agreements that align with market conditions and business objectives.
Drive Performance & Profitability: Meet revenue and shipment targets while ensuring service excellence.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams in operations, finance, and legal to ensure seamless service.
Stay Market-Savvy: Monitor industry trends, seasonal shifts, and competitive insights to refine account strategies.
Leverage CRM Tools: Track customer interactions, analyze performance data, and drive informed decisions.

Our expectations

Proven Sales & Account Management Experience - Preferably in international sales or logistics.
Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills - Ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals effectively.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities - Comfortable working with data to drive business decisions.
Multitasking & Prioritization - Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficiency - Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English & Lithuanian (B2) - Additional foreign languages are a plus
On-Site Work – This role requires full-time presence at our office to ensure smooth collaboration and quick decision-making.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2210 to €2760 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
