Your Responsibilities
• Manage Spot Shipments – Quickly source and secure ad-hoc cargo to meet fleet demands efficiently.
• Optimize Asset Utilization – Ensure maximum use of available fleet resources through smart spot procurement.
• Build & Maintain Client Portfolio – Develop strong relationships with spot customers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
• Negotiate Best Terms – Secure profitable contracts with favorable conditions for spot shipments.
• Stay Market-Savvy – Monitor cargo shortages, seasonal fluctuations, and industry trends to anticipate business needs.
• Drive Performance & Profitability – Achieve revenue and shipment targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Enhance Procurement Processes – Improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with pricing, planning, and customer care to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage CRM Tools – Track and analyze data to improve sales performance and decision-making.
Our expectations
• Experience in Sales, Logistics, or Spot Procurement – Understanding of dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environments.
• Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to secure the best deals and build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities – Comfortable working with data to optimize spot shipment processes.
• High Energy & Self-Motivation – A results-driven, action-oriented mindset.
• Organizational & Prioritization Skills – Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English & Lithuanian (B2) – Additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Base monthly salary: from €2210 to €2760 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
