Account Manager (Express)

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Grow and manage accounts: handle a portfolio of globally recognized, market-leading Logistic Companies and Fright Forwarders across Europe.
  • Expand business opportunities: identify sales growth potential through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Strengthen customer relationships: serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate and optimize contracts: secure agreements that align with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Drive performance and profitability: meet revenue and shipment targets while ensuring service excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with internal teams in operations, finance, and legal to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay market-savvy: monitor industry trends, seasonal shifts, and competitive insights to refine account strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools: track customer interactions, analyze performance data, and drive informed decisions.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven sales and account management experience - preferably in international sales or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills - ability to build long-term partnerships and close deals effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities - comfortable working with data to drive business decisions.
  • Multitasking and prioritization - ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy and CRM proficiency - experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English - additional foreign languages are a plus.

Base monthly salary

From 2330 to 2910 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
