Account Management Team Lead

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • To lead and implement the company's sales and customer service strategy by organizing team work, ensuring team motivation and a productive work environment.
  • To plan for long-term strategic growth of the team's client portfolio by evaluating market trends, customer contract terms, customer profitability and needs, and development potential.
  • To assess risks related to the dedicated area and processes, provide insights and suggestions to the direct manager and colleagues, submit proposals, and initiate changes or projects if necessary.
  • To ensure that all team members work together to reach mutual goals.
  • To liaise with other units and colleagues to ensure sufficient collaboration and smooth processes.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Customer Care or Business Development.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of motivation and commitment to team results, with a strong achievement orientation.
  • Positivity and the ability to notice business opportunities. Proactivity, flexibility, and openness to changes and innovations.
  • Logistics acumen is an advantage.

  • Base monthly salary: from €3450 to €4310(before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
